Biography

Anthony is a distinguished alumnus of both the University of Rochester and SUNY at Buffalo Law School. With 33 years of experience as a trial lawyer and civil litigator, he has honed his expertise in the legal field. In 2006, Anthony received the esteemed Civil Justice Honor award from the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the field.

Throughout his career, Anthony has been actively involved in various professional organizations, including serving as the Past President of the Genesee Valley Trial Lawyers Association and as a former board member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a valued member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, and Monroe County Bar Association.

Anthony's dedication and skill in the courtroom have not gone unnoticed. The American Trial Lawyers Association selected him as one of the top 250 trial lawyers in the State of New York. Additionally, he has achieved a prestigious peer review rating with Martindale Hubbell, further affirming his reputation as an exceptional legal professional.

My promise to clients:

The overhead demands in maintaining a large law practice has led to an ever increasing caseload burden on attorneys.  The result is that clients are no longer able to frequently contact the attorney but rather are forced to deal with staff members.  In addition, the large number of cases carried by attorneys today has led to less time being spent in assisting clients in preventing future potential claims.  I pride myself on limiting the number of clients so as to properly service them and making myself available to handle their needs.  All my clients are given my cell phone and calls are generally returned within a day unless I am out-of-town or on trial.
